However, some cuisines are very specific and contain spices and ingredients that our stomachs may not be fully accustomed to. If you suffer from stomach problems while travelling, we recommend you immediately contact your local pharmacy or hospital for local medication. They work best for such things. Therefore, there is no need to take a big pile of medicines for stomach problems from home, because in many cases their effectiveness will not be so high.<\/p>\n
