General Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

Article I \u2014 Seller\u2019s details<\/h2>\n

The seller is not a VAT payer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article II \u2014 Definitions<\/h2>\n

Seller<\/strong>: the commercial company referred to in Article I, which, when concluding and performing the contract, acts within the scope of its business activities.<\/p>\n

Buyer<\/strong>: a natural or legal person who purchases a digital product via the seller\u2019s website. If the person is a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activities, they are referred to as a consumer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Digital product (digital content): data created and supplied in digital form \u2014 in the case of the seller, these are electronic travel guides (e-books) in PDF format \u2014 which are not supplied on a tangible medium.<\/p>\n

Distance contract:<\/strong> a contract between a seller and a buyer agreed and concluded exclusively by means of distance communication (web interface, email).<\/p>\n

Article III \u2014 Characteristics, functionality and compatibility of digital content<\/h2>\n

  1. Format<\/strong>: the products are delivered as PDF files.<\/li>\n
  2. File size:<\/strong> individual e-books range in size from approximately 1 to 99 MB, depending on the specific product.<\/li>\n
  3. Compatibility<\/strong>: To open the file, you will need a device with a PDF viewer (computer, tablet, mobile phone, e-reader). The product does not require any special software other than commonly available PDF readers. An internet connection is required to download the file.<\/li>\n
  4. Technical protection measures:<\/strong> the file is not protected by DRM technology. The download link is unique and linked to a specific order. There are no time or quantity restrictions on the validity of the link or the number of downloads.<\/li>\n
  5. Language<\/strong>: products are available in Slovak and English, depending on the language version of the website on which the order was placed.<\/li>\n
  6. The seller shall not be liable for any failure to open or download a file due to a malfunctioning, obsolete or incompatible device on the buyer\u2019s part, or due to a malfunctioning internet connection on the buyer\u2019s part.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Article IV \u2014 Order and Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>\n

    1. The buyer selects a product on the seller\u2019s website and adds it to their basket.<\/li>\n
    2. On the order form, the buyer must fill in the required details, in particular their email address, to which the download link and invoice will be sent.<\/li>\n
    3. Before submitting their order, the buyer has the opportunity to check and amend the details they have entered, as well as the contents of their basket.<\/li>\n
    4.     5. The buyer submits the order by clicking the \u2018Submit order with payment obligation<\/strong>\u2019 button. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they are obliged to pay the purchase price.<\/li>\n
    6. The sales contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation to the buyer\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n
    7. The contract is concluded in Slovak or English, depending on the language version of the website on which the order was placed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article V \u2014 Prices and Terms of Payment<\/h2>\n

      1. All prices shown for the products are final<\/strong>. The seller is not a VAT-registered business; therefore, the price does not include VAT.<\/li>\n
      2. The price of the product is valid at the time the buyer places the order.<\/li>\n
      3. As this is digital content supplied electronically, the buyer will not incur any delivery costs, postage, packaging charges or other fees.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      4. The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price before the digital product is made available. The purchase price can be paid:\n
