Thank you so much! So we bought the tickets directly at the train station and they cost around 2EUR for the 3rd class. We used 12go asia many times and did not have any problems. As this train ride is really popular and tickets are sold out quite quickly, I guess they just want to earn money. However you can check the official website if they still have some tickets available.

I booked them only for 3rd class reserved seats and it looks one costs around 17USD, which is way more expensive than I thought.. However, I always thought that 12go Asia is reliable.
