for itinerary I would say do a private tour or open trip if low on budget. If you try to do it yourself you would save max 20-25% but the time and effort u would spend would be not worth it imo
we had the tour with Asik travel in luwuk banggai and it was insanely good. surprisingly most people dont know about this place beacuse we were the only one in the private group tour. paisupok lake is a must visit.
